Yes! All our wigs are heat resistant up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, unless written otherwise.

How do I pay?
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. If you live in Toronto, local pickup is available with a cash on delivery option. Please contact me to arrange a pickup!

Do you have (color) wig in stock?
All our in-stock wigs are currently listed on the site. If you wish to pre-order a specific style, I hold a pre-order every 20th of the month so customers can get wigs that I dont have in stock.

How long will shipping take to (location)?
Shipping to the USA & Canada takes 7-14 business days. International orders can take 4-6 weeks. Increased delivery time may occur due to postal service difficulties that we are unable to foresee or prevent. Thanks for your patience!

Can i have a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are included for Canadian addresses. For other countries, tracking costs an extra $5-$15. Please inquire BEFORE purchasing if you require a tracking number.
